How to make sausages at home.
I was interviewed by Fairfax/Stuff for a story they ran about making sausages at home.
The have meet the two other people interviewed for the article. I purchased sausages and talked with Jonathon Walker from Soggy Bottom Farm at the Cambridge Farmers’ Market. I have been at a judging table with Brian Nieuwenhuize at the Devro Great New Zealand Sausage competition in Christchurch. Here is a link to the story.
I would encourage you to have a go at making your own sausages at home, it great fun and you end up with an enjoyable feed at the end of the process.
