Can you spot the dubious sausage?
While in Singapore my wife wanted to buy one of these dodgy looking sausages, but I strongly counselled her against it. There may be some meat in this product(??) but it’s probably debatable. It will have a large amount of “flavour.” The contents will have been through a fine mouli. My verdict was it will be pre-chewed rubbish that is best left on the shelf.
She thought the sausages looked very friendly, and heeded the advice from the sausage blogger.

I bravely sampled and fish sausage from a night market in Bangkok (no worries!! cast-iron stomach me!!!!) Needless to say, it did not end well – not for several days.
