Tonight for dinner we ate Zamora, lamb and rosemary sausages, with sweetcorn and salad. A magnificent feed to end a beautiful autumnal day in Wellington where the temperature was in the mid twenties.

Zamora – The Meat Preachers, make quality sausages and these lamb and rosemary sausages are very good. They are a meaty lamb sausage. They are smaller than your average snarler, however they are big on meaty lamb flavour. The rosemary flavour is very subdued. If you are after a great meaty lamb snarler then I would recommend you try these. These sausages are gluten and dairy free.
