Putien in Singapore

While meandering around Singapore we come across a Chinese restaurant that advertised for the second consecutive year, they had been awarded a Michelin star. called Putien. We were peckish and decided to have our late lunch at Putien.

We ordered the following dishes:

Iced Nanri Abalone

Ah Yan Herbal Chicken

Putien Lor Mee

Drunken Cockles

Stir Fried Snow Peas with Garlic

Spinach in Supreme Stock

We enjoy Chinese food. The best dishes of the day were the Ah Yan fragrant chicken, the stir fried snow pies and garlic, along with the spinach in a supreme stock.

The price was reasonable with the meal costing SGD$108.

Although there were no sausages there was delicious food. We would dine here again.
