Auckland University has the highest ranking of any New Zealand University being in the top 100 of the QS World University Ranking. Being an institution of higher learning where metacognition is to the fore, I assume they must include the study of snarlers as part of their august degrees.
While I am still searching for the course Sausages 101, I did come across this clip from Auckland University. You can see the future leaders of our society contemplating and considering the texture and flavour of sausages as they consume these in a delicate manner.
